Ingredients
1/2 lb of prawn
9 oz of dry noodles
2 tbsp of oil
3 minced garlic cloves
2 minced red chili
5 oz of pork; cut in thin slices
2 oz of minced garlic
2 tbsp. of fish sauce
2 tbsp of lime juice
2 tbsp of brown sugar
2 whisked eggs
Fresh coriander sprigs
5.5 oz of toasted peanuts; chopped
Fried onion
Preparation
Peel and chop the prawn. Soak the noodles in lukewarm water for 12 minutes until they soften and then strain them.
Place oil in a pan and when it is hot saut? the chili, garlic and pork for 5 minutes adding the prawn and stirring everything for another 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and noodles cover the pan and fry everything for 2 minutes. Add the fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and eggs. Stir until everything is hot.
Spread the soy shoots, peanuts and coriander on top.
