Ingredients
1 lb of cooked shrimp
5 oz of chopped bacon
1 minced garlic clove
1 tbsp of chili powder
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Peanut oil to brush
Preparation
Place the shrimp and bacon in the processor and process them while adding the lime juice until you get an even paste.
Heat the broiler to the highest. Meanwhile, add salt to the paste and mix the chili and garlic with a spoon.
Oil a flat surface and spread the paste for 4-5 minutes and use a cutter to make discs.
Then join the paste leftovers spreading the paste again and proceed as previously. Then spread a little of oil in the broiler and cook the patties, on both sides, until they are mildly browned. Remove them and serve them hot.
They are served with fish broth to dip them in or in spicy sauce, like bitter sweet sauce spicy sauce.
